Sangita Patel is again with one other motivational health video — with a twist.
On Tuesday, the “ET Canada” host took to Instagram to share a video of her doing a collection of weighted and elevated squats in what seemed to be a house health club.
To interrupt a sweat, the 43-year-old wore a pair of black Below Armour leggings, a fluorescent yellow sports activities bra and white sneakers.
After she put down her dumbbell, the video transitioned to indicate Patel posing in a James Bond-inspired look full with black satin trousers, a black tie and a white button-down shirt.
“Heel elevated squats are severely my favorite new train for my quads. Hmm, after a leg day I flip into Bond,” she captioned the put up for her 141,000 followers.
Followers liked the TV character’s video and praised her artistic transition.
“The transition!” an Instagram consumer commented. “Love the pantsuit, and your make-up!”
“You’re a powerhouse! So inspiring!” one other added.

Final month, followers applauded the Toronto, Ont.-native for displaying off her “superhero” power in excessive heels and a robe on the 2022 Toronto Worldwide Movie Pageant purple carpet.
“Effectively, I haven’t been to the health club all week — consuming burgers and fries and missing on my water consumption. Patel’s video garnered reward for pulling off the “not possible.”
